I came into the real estate world about 18 years ago with a background in print media, fine commercial printing to be exact. I had founded a large local printing company and helped work it into a multi-million dollar business over a period of 20 plus years. It was hard work and it was very rewarding. But it came time for a change for me. Time to move on and try something new, to set myself free of the corporate side of business while using my experience and skills to help people on more of a one on one level, buying and selling homes.
I love what I do and no matter how great or upside down the market has been, my business has grown steadily over those years. From bank workouts, short sales, and foreclosures to luxury home sales to carefully guiding first time buyers while making the most important financial decision of their lives, I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better career or industry to be a part of, nor a better area to do it in. My experience is in helping buyers remain fiscally sound, while using my 2 prong approach to help homeowners keep more money in their pockets during the selling process.
