Saltwater Yoga Studio is located in the heart of Newburyport and is your one stop shop for exercise and relaxation. Take your yoga practice to the next level with more in depth classes or try out your first class in a comforting and relaxing environment. Saltwater Yoga is a place where you can come to release the stresses of everyday life and practice yoga at your own pace. Isak Denisen said, “the cure for anything is saltwater – sweat, tears, or the sea” and at saltwater yoga studio the natural approach they embody leaves clients feeling at ease and in a state of Zen.

Offering a wide range of classes for people of all ages and yoga experience, you can choose a class that makes your feel comfortable. The studio offers Vinyasa, heated Power, slow flow, sweat and sweet, children’s yoga, hot lunch special, Yin and stand up paddle board classes. Classes are offered 7 days a week in the mornings and evenings. They also offer special classes, workshops and private lessons. Other services are trauma facilitator, trauma restorative, reiki and wellness programs.

The instructors Jenn, Shannon, and Emily have a passion for yoga and have personal experience with the way yoga can transform and make you feel better. Each instructor brings an experience to their classes giving the students different yoga style options to choose from. The main focus is providing their students with a positive, healthy yoga class to center their minds and create balance.
