Inn Street connects the main shopping areas of Newburyport, Market Square, Pleasant Street and State Street, and is adjacent to one of the main Newburyport public parking lots. Inn Street is also the path to Newburyport’s Waterfront Park and the boardwalk. Our Inn Street South Live Cam provides great people watching, maybe you’ll even catch a friend waving to say hi. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, Inn Street is a popular destination for Newburyport’s many outdoor festivals, featuring various art and retail vendors as well as various free live entertainment.

Organized by the Greater Newburyport Families Club, the GNFC Consignment Sale is a great way to find an amazing selection of very affordable, gently used baby and kids items. Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 7th from 9 AM – 2 PM and Sunday the 8th from 9 AM – 12 PM at the West Newbury Town Annex.
Don’t miss the Annual Old Newbury Bonfire, to benefit the Newbury Volunteer Fire Department and enjoy: music, games, tours, crafts, food & drinks. The event is held on January 18th, but if you’re interested in including your Christmas Tree in this community, 3-story bonfire you must drop it off before the bonfire, by January 17th at either of the two Newbury Fire Department locations or in West Newbury at Pipe Stave Hill. Newburyport residents should put out their trees by January 14th and Mello Disposal will transport them to the Bonfire.
