Merrimack River Live Cam
Views from the Rear Range Lighthouse Private Dining Experience
Experience Breathtaking Sunsets On Our Live Cam
Enjoy beautiful live views of Newburyport’s waterfront from our Merrimack River Live Cam located at the top of the Rear Range Lighthouse. Maintained and operated by the Lighthouse Preservation Society, the Rear Range Lighthouse is a historic attraction best known for it’s one-of-a-kind private dining experience.
The Lighthouse, built in 1873, stands 32 feet high, providing landscape views of the Merrimack River into the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy brilliant sunsets watching the sun dip into the Merrimack and watch as boats come and go for a day on the water.
The only way this view gets better is by seeing it in person at Newburyport’s most sought after private dining experience. Named one of the “Top 35 Things to Do” in New England by Yankee Magazine, diners climb a ladder to a glass enclosed room perched at the top of the Rear Range Lighthouse to enjoy panoramic views of the Merrimack River and Newburyport’s waterfront. Throughout the duration of the meal you will have exclusive access to the lighthouse as well as a personal waiter. The lighthouse private dining experience is the perfect way to celebrate a special moment or create an unforgettable memory.
The lighthouse Preservation Society created this private dining experience to raise funds to maintain the lighthouse and keep it open to the public.
To make a reservation, call The Lighthouse Preservation Society at 1-800-727-BEAM (2326), and book a breakfast, lunch, or dinner experience. Lighthouse dining can accommodate parties of 2 or 4 guests and is open year round.
