Salisbury Beach Concerts and Fireworks
Every Saturday Night

Enjoy beautiful Salisbury Beach concerts and fireworks every Saturday night from 7:30 – 10:30 pm during the summer.  The fireworks generally start at 10:15 pm and finish around 10:30 pm. There are also some additional beach concerts on Wednesdays and Fridays, but there are no fireworks on these nights.

Just a 10-15 minute drive from Newburyport, Salisbury Beach, plays host to summer-long family fun. Most Saturday nights throughout the summer, experience live music, fireworks, as well as great food and street vendors.  Join in on a fun summertime tradition!

If you are a Newburyport App or VIP Card holder, catch an early dinner at Capri Seaside Italian Grille and enjoy $5 off a dinner entree before you settle on the beach with your blanket and popcorn!

Plum Island Light House the Newburyport Harbor Light

The Plum Island Light House also know as the Plum Island Light or the Newburyport Harbor Light, has a very interesting history. It was first lit in 1788 with a lantern burning whale oil. And it was the 13th lighthouse to be constructed in the U.S..  It was needed to guide boaters into the treacherous mouth of the Merrimack River and into Newburyport Harbor.
